Hangar & Office Space Available
Limited hangar and office space available for short or long term lease.
Thank you for your interest. The fees listed below are based on type of storage and size of aircraft. Requests are processed in the order that they are approved. All paperwork and fees must be delivered to the Goldwing Aviation Office for approval. Those customers who wish to store their aircraft immediately will be placed on RON until approved.
The following is a list of requirements for permanent enclosed storage/parking at the Goldwing Aviation Hangar located at the Propwash Airport (16X) in Justin, TX:
- Insurance Certificate listing Goldwing Aviation as Co-insured
- Copy of Aircraft(s) Registration
- Permit Form completely filled out
- Security Deposit equal to One Month's Rent
- First Month's Rent
- Light single hangared monthly $250.00
- Light twin hangared monthly $350.00
- Heavy single hangared monthly $650.00
- Heavy twin hangared monthly $700.00
